CONFESSION AND REPENTANCE - Romans 13:11-14
Time is NOW - Vs.11
Cast off Darkness and put on Armor of Light (Why? the Day is Near) - Vs. 12
Sin is hidden (Sin is in Darkness, Christ is in Light) -Vs. 13
Put ON the Lord Jesus - Vs.14
You cannot have your hidden little sin and follow Jesus, Fight Sin at all costs - Vs.14
CHALLENGE:
- __________ your sins to one another (James 5:16, Galatians 6:1-2) and to God (Psalm 51)
2.__________ from your sins (Ephesians 4:20-24,31)
-First time you do this to the Lord and believe in Christ Jesus results in SALVATION (Matthew 4:17, Romans 10:9)
-From now on you do this to the Lord and it results in SANCTIFICATION (Psalm 32:1-5
