III.   Sufficient Provision from God in our fight against temptation, I Corinthians 10:13

         A.     No temptation is unique to us

         B.     God is faithful

                 1.      He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able

                 2.      He will provide a way to escape

                 3.      He will provide the strength to endure

IV.   Therefore, in Light of God's Faithful Provision, Flee from Idolatry, I Corinthians 10:14

V.     Specific Example from the Corinthian Church, I Corinthians 10:15-22

         A.     The Lord's Supper is fellowship with Christ and His church

         B.     Idolatry is fellowship with evil and a lost world

         C.     Therefore, out of a love for Christ and a fear of God, stay away from what is idolatrous and cling to what is of Christ
