Glory, Glorify, Glorification: the Keys to Worship
Definitions:
- Worship: To express honor and thanksgiving to God through individual acts, corporate gatherings or through acts of service
- Praise: To use words or music as an expression of worship
- Honor: To respond to God with a proper understanding of who we are in relation to who He is
- Fear: To acknowledge the power and authority of God over all creation, especially over our lives
- Exalt: To express with words and actions the lofty position and preeminence of God
- Magnify: To see and declare God as great as He really is
Glory, Glorify and Glorification as the Key to Worship (and all of life)
- The Glory of God: The Attributes of God, all that He is and all that He has done
- Glorifying God: The act of attributing glory through music, meditation, speaking, and praying to God all that He is and all that He has done
- Glorification by God: The work of God to transform us into His image so that we are able to see His glory and to glorify Him forever in His presence

II. Glorifying God: The act of attributing glory through music, meditation, speaking, and praying to God all that He is and all that He has done
