I.       The devastation of ignorance: grief with no hope

A.      The resurrected Lord will return

B.      His return will be universal, obvious, dramatic, and unambiguous

C.      The dead in Christ will rise, those who have fallen asleep 

D.      Those who are alive at His return will be transformed

E.      This is the beginning of the never ending: We will be together with the Lord forever
