          B.  The Warning in I Corinthians 14:34-35: For the sake of order and peace,                women, like those interrupting services under the guise of Spirit filled                  speech, should keep silent

Application: Women play the same vital role in ministry within the church and outside the church as men.  However, for the sake of the doctrinal and theological setting ministry of the church, the preaching and teaching ministry of the church, it is best that the lead pastor and all others who function in this role be men.  This is not a statement of equality or value or worth or ability.  This is a statement of order and peace within the congregation.
